Resumen

Este artículo expone las principales preguntas que a propósito del caso Wikileaks se ha hecho la doctrina estadounidense y cómo las ha respondido. Ello, en el intento de determinar cuál es el espacio para la libertad de expresión y de prensa que tutela el ordenamiento jurídico norteamericano y si los actos de Assange y Wikileaks serían o no reprochables.
